~Friday Dinner Date : Paradise Dynasty~

This is just another usual Friday where I'm expecting OT after work, so didn't plan to go anywhere since we have been OT for that whole week and the volume of works are quite high that day also. But surprisingly we managed to finish our works before 6! *Yay to our efficiency! LOL*

Since me and the rest of the girls also don't have anywhere to go after works, so we decided to go for dinner together. (Considered it as an impromptu dinner date!) Initially we wanted to go to the Canton-I @ Ion Orchard but then it was closed. :( *sob sob* (No more custard bun! lol) So we ended up going to Paradise Dynasty(乐天皇朝) which is also located @ Ion Orchard.

Paradise Dynasty is famous for its colourful xiao long bao and their ramen also quite well known. It just like Ding Tai Fung(鼎太丰), we need to take the queue number first. Sounds exaggerating but I can tell you, it's super long queue! We had waited for more than an hour to get our seats!! One thing about the queue number thing is they don't go by the number sequences, they go by the number of people who dining in. For example, there were four of us that day, so we need to wait for the table of four. So if only the table of two is available, they will let the people of two going first, etc etc.

~ Gather Gather Together ~

Can't believe I'm actually updating my blog so fast (at least faster than I thought,lol). Probably am too free today and rutting at home, that's why. Able to manage my blog and done some features and settings on it. Anyway, this is not really the main point, haha. *Just wanna clarify that I'm actually do putting in some efforts to run my blog, hehe. =P)


OKAY, MAIN POINT. Finally the four of us have the chance and time to gather last night. And who are the four of us?! Is me, Alice, Li Ting and Edwin! Usually only me and Li Ting and Edwin going out, Alice just a bit too busy, haha. (Before she come and beat me up, I better clarify here: Is just that our timing is not right, that's why she can't showed up~)

We have all agreed to meet up after work last night and went for the Savuer, the famous restaurant that served French cuisine at Bras Basah there to give it a try. I heard that the food they served there not bad and not pricey for French cuisine. Was so looking forward to the dining but end up we didn't able to dine there due to the queue was just WAY TOO LONG. NO KIDDING. The waiter there approached and told us that we might need to wait for an hour or so. (C'm on, how do you expect us to wait for an hour while all of us were feeling ravenous and stomach already growling?!)


So we decided to go to Ah Loy Thai since it's also a very famous place for Thai food. Guess what? The queue over there was even longer than the queue at savuer! Guess Friday's night really not a right time to try out these places, or we just simply don't have the luck! :( Don't wanna walk around again so we decided to settle ourselves in JK Don Express which is also @ Shaw Tower!

It is a restaurant that served Jap and Korean cuisines, but surprisingly not many people there. This is how the menu looks like :

My First Ever Virgin Blog Post!

Hahaha, the title of this post sounded a bit wrong and misleading but yet, it's true. This is my FIRST ever "virgin" post in blog! Yeah, shall welcome myself to the world of blog, like a finally,lol.


Why am I saying like a finally? Cuz I've been saying to start my own blog YEARS AGO but I just dragged, dragged and dragged until now! Such a draggy me, I know right.. Anyway, if you asked me what's the reason for me to start and write a blog, guess the reasons are just the same like most of the bloggers out there.


I'm just a simple girl born and bred in Ipoh, Malaysia and have been working in Singapore for two years now. Time flies huh..I will mostly blogged about my life, cuz I love to enjoy life and live it to the fullest! :)I love to read, travel, food hunting, try new things, make new friends, meeting different people and of course have fun in life! *Seriously, who don't like to have fun?*
